Terms of service

Last updated October 24, 2026

These terms govern your use of Alrighty, the website at getalrighty.com and the app at app.getalrighty.com, provided by Natural State Logic.

1. Agreement

By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you use it for a business, that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service. A signed order form or pilot agreement between you and Natural State Logic takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.

2. The service

Alrighty is a control layer for automations. A connected automation sends a request; a person in your workspace approves, rejects or edits it; the automation is told the decision and continues. The service includes the web app, the mobile app, the API and the records around each decision.

We may change or improve the service. We will not materially reduce the core approval function during a paid term without telling you first.

3. Accounts and workspaces

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the requests, evidence, records and other content you or your automations send to Alrighty. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display that content only to provide and secure the service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to send that content, for what it contains, and for the retention period you choose for sensitive evidence. Do not send content you are not permitted to share with the people in your workspace.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Alrighty to:

We may suspend a workspace that poses a security risk or a legal risk, or that materially violates these terms. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

6. AI and automation

Alrighty coordinates a decision; it does not make the decision for you. Automations and AI models can be wrong, incomplete or unexpected. You are responsible for the instructions you give them, for reviewing what they produce, and for the decision you approve. Alrighty is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and it does not replace a qualified person where one is required.

You are responsible for configuring high-risk requests to require a person, and for the default action a request takes if nobody answers.

7. Fees and pilots

Paid use is governed by the order form or pilot agreement we sign with you. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable, and exclude taxes. A pilot covers the workflow, workspace and period written in the agreement. We may suspend paid access for overdue invoices after notice.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least reasonable care and use it only to perform the agreement. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law, provided the disclosing party is told where lawful.

9. Intellectual property

Natural State Logic owns the service, the software, the design and the Alrighty name and marks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your term. If you send us feedback, we may use it without restriction or obligation. You keep your content and your own marks.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of notice, or immediately for a serious security or legal violation. On termination, your right to use the service ends. We will make workspace content available for export for a reasonable period after termination, then delete it as described in the Privacy Policy, except where we must keep it by law.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every automation will behave as intended.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid us. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Natural State Logic against third-party claims arising from your content, your automations, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent the claim is caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Craighead County, Arkansas, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right to arbitration in a signed order form.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will post the new date and tell workspace owners by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date accepts the new terms.
