Alrighty is a decision layer for automations. Your automations keep their data; we hold the request, the decision and the record around it. This page explains what that means in practice.
Who we are
Alrighty is a product of Natural State Logic, a business in Jonesboro, Arkansas, United States. For privacy questions, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- Account. Your name, email address and sign-in identity from Firebase Authentication (Google).
- Workspace and membership. The businesses you belong to, your role, and the settings you choose.
- Work content. The requests your automations send: titles, summaries, fields, evidence and the decision. This is content you or your automation choose to send.
- Activity. Who decided what, when, and what they edited — the audit record that makes the product useful.
- Devices. Push tokens for the phones that receive approvals, and basic device information needed to deliver them.
- Usage and logs. Authentication events, errors, and technical logs used to run and secure the service.
- Support. Messages you send us.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this site. The marketing site does not set analytics cookies today; if that changes, this page will say so before it happens.
Why we use it
- To run the service: show requests, deliver notifications, record decisions and resume your workflows.
- To secure it: authenticate users, enforce workspace isolation, investigate abuse and keep audit records.
- To support you: answer questions, debug problems and send service messages.
- To improve it: understand which features are used and fix what is not working.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your work content to train models for other customers.
Where it lives
Alrighty runs on Google Cloud and Firebase (authentication, database, hosting and the API on Cloud Run), with Cloudflare for DNS, the marketing site and edge delivery, and Expo for mobile builds and push delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under their standard data-processing terms. Our primary processing is in the United States.
How long we keep it
Requests, decisions and activity are kept for as long as your workspace needs the record, unless your agreement says otherwise. Sensitive evidence — screening reports, pay stubs, IDs marked sensitive — is deleted after the retention window an owner sets for the workspace. Backups are retained for a limited period and then overwritten. When a workspace is closed, we delete its content within a reasonable period, except where we must keep something for legal, security or accounting reasons.
Who can see it
People in your workspace see what their role allows. Our staff can access data only when needed to operate or support the service, and access is logged. We share data with the providers above, with professional advisers under confidentiality, and when the law requires it. If the business is sold or merged, data may transfer as part of that transaction; this page will continue to apply until a new notice is posted.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is authenticated, workspaces are isolated, automation keys are scoped and revocable, and sensitive evidence can be set to expire. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. An owner can export or delete workspace content, and you can leave a workspace from Settings. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period and within any period the law requires. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
Alrighty is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell workspace owners by email or in the app.
